Answers: Does any one have the recipe for the salsa at this place? The waiter said it has chile de arbol, lemon, and vinegar, but is it toasted chiles? or fresh? is there garlic, and salt?

Hey! Its really hard to find recipes from restaurants but I found something similar that you could try! :)
Just add canned or fresh tomatoes for a hot and spicy salsa made with jalapeno, cayenne, and habanero peppers. The same mix also makes a creamy spread and a cool dip! Serve all dip varieties with corn chips or tortilla chips.
Spicy Salsa :Stir mix into a 15 oz. can petite diced tomatoes or 1 lb. fresh, diced tomatoes with juices. For a smooth salsa, puree some or all of the salsa. Chill 2 hours.
Tijuana Spread :With an electric mixer, cream together dip mix, 12 oz. softened cream cheese, and 2 Tbls. milk. Chill 2 hours.
Tijuana Dip :Stir together dip mix and 2 cups sour cream or plain yogurt. Chill 2 hours.
