Answers: I always have hard deciding what to cook. Can you give me some easy (and fast) to make delicious recipes? Thanx ;)
Crab Cakes II
INGREDIENTS
1 pound fresh crab meat
1 egg
2 tablespoons mayonnaise
1/2 teaspoon ground mustard
1 dash Worcestershire sauce
salt and pepper to taste
4 ounces buttery round crackers, crushed
2 cups oil for frying, or as needed
DIRECTIONS
In a medium-size mixing bowl, combine crabmeat, egg, mayonnaise, mustard powder, Worcestershire sauce, and salt and pepper to taste.
In a large skillet, heat 1/4 inch of vegetable oil to a high heat. Roll heaping spoonfuls on the crab mixture in the crackers, then place the ball in the hot oil. Flatten lightly with a spatula so that the crab cake is 1/2 inch thick. Fry the crab cakes, flipping to ensure both sides get browned.

1pkg stew meat
1pkg beef soup mix
1can musrooms
1pkg cream cheese room temp
place meat, soup mix and mushrooms in a slow cooker cook on medium for about 5 hours DO NOT ADD WATER place cream cheese in microwave for about 45 seconds then addto meat mixture stir until mixed through.
Serve over egg noodles or mashed potatoes
'Spaghetti alla Carbonara' is the Italian version of bacon and eggs; it is very easy to make. Beaten eggs, added to the spaghetti before the rest of the sauce, are cooked immediately by the heat of the pasta. Preparation time : 10 minutes, Cooking time : 20 minutes, and its deicious as well. ingredients
1 lb (450 g) spaghetti or wholewheat spaghetti
2 tablespoons virgin olive oil
1 medium onion
8 rashers smoked bacon
4 oz (115 g) mature Cheddar or fresh
Parmesan cheese
3 eggs
3 tablespoons milk or 4 tablespoons double cream
Salt and freshly ground black pepper
3 tablespoons fresh chopped parsley
method
1. Preheat 4 serving plates. Bring a large saucepan of salted water to the boil and add 1 tablespoon of the olive oil and the spaghetti. Cook the pasta according to the instructions on the packet - it should be tender but still firm to the bite.
2. Peel and chop the onion. Heat the rest of the oil in a frying pan and briefly fry the bacon until just cooked on both sides. Remove the bacon from the pan, leaving the cooking juices behind. Add the onion to the pan and cook for 4 minutes over a medium heat, stirring occasionally, until it softens and begins to turn golden.
3. While the onion is cooking, chop the bacon into large squares and discard the rinds. Grate the cheese onto a plate, then beat the eggs thoroughly with a fork in a small bowl.
4. When the onions are cooked, add the bacon squares and milk or cream to the pan and season to taste. Reduce the heat.
5. Drain the cooked spaghetti and return it to the pan. Quickly stir in the beaten eggs and the grated cheese. Stir in the remaining ingredients and divide between the heated plates.
6. Garnish with the parsley and extra twists of black pepper, and serve.
Get yourself a pressure cooker like in the link below. I LOVE mine and you can make so many different things, in a short amount of time. The meat is extremely tender too.
EASY CHICKEN TORTILLA CASSEROLE
1 c. onion, chopped
2 tbsp. butter
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 c. chicken broth
2 small cans chopped green chilies
1 dozen corn tortillas
2 1/2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
1 small deli chicken, remove bones & chop meat...OR...
1 large can cooked, boneless chicken....OR....
2 pkgs. diced, cooked chicken
Fry onions and chilies together in the butter. Add soups and broth to the onions and chilies. Set aside. Tear apart 4 tortillas per layer. Begin with sauce on the bottom of a deep casserole dish.
Then add a layer of tortillas, more sauce, chicken and then cheese. Continue with layering tortillas, sauce, chicken and cheese until the casserole is filled. Bake for 30 minutes at 350 degrees.
