Its cream of brocoli, cream of mushroom mixed with cheddar cheese, then stove top stuffing, and chopped brocoli, baked until golden, cheesy, and bubbly! MMMMMMMM Good. Goes great with fried chicken.

buy a couple of packages of frozen meatballs. Use a small bottle of Bull's Eye BBQ sauce and about ? c of grape jelly mixed in it... put the meatballls in the oven for a few minutes to warm, toss them in the bbq sauce mixture and let people help themselves or keep some toothpicks handy so they can be eaten one at a time...

Buffalo Chicken Dip.

1 package of cream cheese
2 large cans of chicken in water (find it where you find tuna)
1 bottle of Texas Pete Buffalo Sauce
1 bottle of blue cheese dressing

In a pot, take the package of cream cheese and begin melting slowly, add about a half bottle of Texas Pete (or to desired "hot" level, add small amount of blue cheese (to taste), melt down until all liquid (or close to it, cream cheese may be a big chunky still)

Separately, take the two cans of chicken, open and drain off water. Break up chunks in a bowl.

In a tray mix the sauce and chicken, place in over at 325 for 15-25 minutes or until top bubbles and browns.

Serve with dip chips or something.

???
why worry or mess..
Try the deli,, they must have a dozen dishes and or platters..
and you have some assurance no one will get sick..
and no left overs..
Consider your 'time'.... and you still have / had to pay for the food.. Usually the deli presentation is appealing...More PROs

I am going to assume that you know how to make spaghetti and meatballs. If this isn't a good option for you, you can try chicken and stuffing, or even a big pot of soup.

Lemon Pie:

1/2 cup lemon juice (fresh or bottled)
1 14 oz can sweetened condensed milk
3 egg yolks
1 graham cracker crust
1 12 ounce tub of whipped cream
zest of 1 lemon, if desired

Mix together with a blender the first three ingredients and pour into pie crust, top with whipped cream and lemon zest, chill for at least two hours.

No baking required. The acid from the lemon juice actually cooks the egg yolks.

You can't get any easier!!!
