Chocolate chip muffin recipes??!
Answers: I was hoping that someone here had a good recipe for chocolate chip muffins they would like to share. I dont want one off the internet, I can do that myself! I want one that someone has made at home and they know they taste great. I would prefer one without brown sugar if possible. Thanks :)
Just pick your favorite muffin or cupcake recipe and add a package of chocolate chips. I usually use a cake mix and add the pkg of choco chips to it. If chocolate cake, add white choco chips??

1/2 C. Vegetable Oil
1 C. Mini Chocolate Chips (Frozen) keep them in your freezer.

Fill muffin cups 3/4 full and bake in preheated oven at 350 degrees between 25-35 minutes untill down, but do not over cook. This will depend on the size of the muffin cups. I like to make mine into about 9 large muffins.

Preheat oven to 400 F. and grease up twelve muffin cups.
In a large bowl, stir together flour, sugars, baking powder, and salt. In another bowl, stir together milk, eggs, butter, and vanilla until blended. Make a well in center of dry ingredients; add milk mixture and stir just to combine. Stir in chocolate chips and nuts.
Spoon batter into muffin cups; bake 15-20 minutes, or until a knife inserted in center of one muffin comes out clean. Remove muffin tin to wire rack; cool 5 minutes and remove from tins to finish cooling.
Serve warm.
