When I make Bean Burritos, I use canned refried beans from the Mexican section of the grocery store. I just heat them up on the stove. I add taco sauce and sour cream. I've also added canned chopped green chilies to the beans too. Oh, and I mix taco seasoning mix in with my sour cream.

no you just put the beans in a pan over the stove
umm add cheese,sasla,sour cream,lettuce

-- hope i helped =D

Your question say "Help please, I am stupid >>?" I can't help if you are stupid LOL, but I can help with the bean burritos. Personally, I still drain them so that I don't get an over wet burritos.

Just heat the beans on low, the juice will cook off of them. As for the burritos I would put a bit of cheese, green chillies, tomato's, onions. What ever your taste buds love.

canned beans are completely cooked and need only to be heated...As for use in a burrito ...drain,reserving part of the juice,,,mash bean well..combine with 2 T sour cream ,1/4 cup salsa.1 T minced onion.and a little of the liquid to make smooth
heat and spread on warm flour tort...add cheese and roll up.

tomato sauce lol? i think they are just mena be beans soaked in water..but i supose if u drained off the sauce it'd be ok..but i use beans in water..

It's called Taco Bell, honey. Seriously, bean burritos are easier than serving cereal. Buy a can of refried beans, heat it up, have shredded cheese, sour cream and salsa available and heat up your flour tortilla and there you go. I personally boil my beans and fry them in olive oile but that's much more involved.
