Question: I am on the atkins diet and i want something really good to eat what can I eat? 10 pionts for the best answer!

I know the type of things i should be eating I have been on this diet before and lost many pounds buit i want to cheat really bad and i need something that fits my diet and satisfy my erge to cheat!

Atkins-Friendly Cheesecake

This recipe from our message boards will satisfy any Atkins dieter's sweet tooth!

Prep Time: 10 minutes
Cook Time: 40 minutes
Total Time: 50 minutes

2 8-ounce packages of Cream cheese
12 packets Splenda
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
2 eggs

1. Mix cheese, Splenda and vanilla.
2. Add eggs. Mix well with electric mixer.
3. Bake in pie plate at 350 degrees F for 40 minutes. Cool three hours.

A nice fatty pork chop.

Try some of those 100-calorie snacks. Or 100-cal pudding, or pudding in general. Small dove bars have 4 squares each and are good for moderation. try those, Dove is DELICIOUS!

Those 100 calorie pack things are always nice because there not horrible tasting.

If you have been on the diet before and know it so well then you shoudl be able to figure this out for yourself. Personally with me if I was going to cheat on a diet I would go all out and eat chips and dip and not try and cheat but still sort of stick to a diet.

You can do some marinated chicken lettuce wraps. Marinate the chicken in lemon juice, chopped garlic, and pepper flakes. Grill the chicken, then cut it into strips. Place the strips into wide lettuce leaves, top with salsa, and enjoy.

you can eat lots of veggies and fruit you can make yourself a veggie sandwich i know its kinda wierd but i think it might be good for diets!!??? so i hope i helped!!! or you can think about what you ate last time you were on a diet!!! :) good luck!

7 LAYER DESSERT

4 c. graham cracker crumbs
1 c. butter
12 oz. chocolate chips
12 oz. butterscotch chips
12 oz. coconut (or 4-6 Heath bars, crushed)
2 c. nuts
1 can Eagle Brand sweetened condensed milk

Line the bottom of a 9 x 13 inch pan with graham crackers. Layer the following: Melted butter, then 12 ounces chocolate chips, then 12 ounces butterscotch chips, then 12 ounces coconut (or 4-6 Heath bars, crushed), then 2 cups nuts, then 1 can Eagle Brand sweetened condensed milk. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes or until chips are softened.

1 large egg
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 cup sweet red wine
1/2 to 1 cup all-purpose unbleached flour
Vegetable oil or Crisco for deep-frying
Confectionery's sugar

1. Beat the egg well. Then add salt, wine, and gradually the flour until you have a sticky elastic dough, almost like the consistency of molasses.

2. Flour your hands and break off pieces not much bigger than a marble. Roll out paper-thin on a floured surface. Cut in segments approximately 2 by 4 inches (dough the size of a large marble will make about 3), or cut on the diagonal very thin strips or whatever shape you wish.

3. Pour about 2 inches of oil into a heavy frying pan and heat to 375 degrees. Slide the strips carefully into the hot oil. Let cook a few seconds on each side. Soon they will bubble and puff up like hazenblosen. Remove with a spatula and drain on paper towels. When cool sprinkle with confectioners' sugar. Eat immediately or let sit, covered well, for one day with plastic wrap.

wrap some lettuce around some tomatoes..or you can have
turkey, bacon, tomatoes wrap around lettuce.

adkins is a terrible diet because you loose alot of weight way to fast and once you quit you gain it all back, it is also not healthy and it has actually been sued alot
