Delicious Avocado Dessert Salad

5 avocados
3-4 bananas, cut into small pieces(it depends on how sweet the bananas are)
4-5 tablespoons sugar
2 lemons, cut into half
Directions
1Cut the avocados into half and remove the skin and seed.
2In a bowl, put the avocados and bananas and mash them up (but not too much).
3Add sugar and squeeze the lemon juice.
4Mix well.
5Taste it, and add extra sugar or lemon juice if it's necessary.
6Chill in a fridge for about 15-20 minutes (until it's get cold).


SRI LANKA AVOCADO DESSERT
3 large avocados(fully ripe)
1 cup cream
caster sugar(to taste only)
rum (optional)
Directions
1Cut avocados in half lengthways. Remove seeds & reserve them. Scoop pulp from shells & mash smoothly w/a fork. Discard shells.
2Add sugar to taste & stir in the cream.
3Put in serving bowl, return seeds to the pulp, cover tightly w/plastic wrap & chill before serving. NOTE: The presence of the seeds in the puree is said to keep the avocado from discoloring, but the plastic wrap is always used as well.
4To Serve: If desired, extra whipped & sweetened cream can be piped over the top of the dessert. While many favor adding rum for flavor, the delicate avocado flavor may be allowed to stand alone -- or -- the mixture can be divided & served both ways.

BRAZILIAN AVOCADO DESSERT WHIP
2-3 avocados, ripe
1/2 cup powdered sugar
1/3 cup whipping cream
3-4 tablespoons lime juice
Directions
1Peel avocados and cut into pieces. Place with remaing ingredients in blender. Cover and blend until smooth and creamy.
2Serve chilled in parfait glasses with a wedge of lime.


iNDONESIAN STYLE (Avocado Whip Dessert)
1 large avocado(peeled, pit removed & flesh mashed)
2 1/2 tablespoons lemon juice
2 tablespoons sugar
1 cup vanilla ice cream
Directions
1Using a hand-held mixer or immersion blender, add lemon juice & sugar to the mashed avocado flesh & mix well.
2Combine avocado mixture w/ice cream & beat till smooth.
3Place in a freezer to chill for 1 to 1 1/2 hrs & stir every 30 min, but do not freeze.
4To Serve: Divide mixture between 4 sml dessert bowls & serve immediately.

Avocado freeze over

1 ripe avocado
1/4 ( or to taste) brown sugar ( palm sugar)+water= syrup
1/2 cup milk /coconut milk/ plain ice-cream
(coffee /chocolate ice-cream just as good)
ICE

blend everything and drink

INGREDIENTS
1 avocado, peeled and pitted
1/2 cup heavy cream
1/2 cup white sugar
2 (3 ounce) packages cream cheese, softened
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
cool whip


DIRECTIONS
Mash avocado with an electric mixer, or use a food processor. Blend in the cream, sugar cream cheese and vanilla until smooth. Chill for about 20 minutes before serving
Top with cool whip or whipped cream topping
