What can I make for dinner with ground sausage?!

Question: Besides spaghetti, lasagna or breakfast burritos???

Answers: Besides spaghetti, lasagna or breakfast burritos???

I was going to suggest the biscuits and gravy, yes for dinner it's so good.

Or you can make meatloaf or meatballs. The meatballs could be served with sweet and sour sauce, b-b-q sauce and fries or tater tots, marinaera sauce and have a meat ball sandwich, in strogonoff, etc...

I don't have any exact measurements but here is what I usually add to my meatloaf/meat balls. I chop everything up kinda small for the meat loaf and then ready chop up well for the meatballs. This is just what I like to add and don't always use All the flavoring items.

Equal parts hamburger and sausage,

Onions, celery, garlic, red and or yellow bell peppers, steak sauce, worcestershire sauce, terriyaki sauce, ketchup, mustard, b-b-q sauce, soy sauce, eggs and somekind of dry ingrediant. Cherios slightly crushed work well for the meatloaf, bread crumbs, crackers, oatmeal, I've even use rice krispies.

****Use a leaner cut of hamburger since the sausage is pretty fatty, and a little leaner meat holds up a little better. But be careful cuz you do need Some fat so that your end product doesn't end up dried out. The mix no matter what you decide to make should hold a shape/form easily, without slumping back down.

you can cook it with rice...

Throw it in the crockpot (or stovetop at low heat) with a package of Velveeta, a drained can of Ro-Tel tomatoes, cilantro to taste, and after it's all warm and melted and gooey, you can dip it with tortilla chips or use as a nacho topping. Mmmmmm............

Any Hamburger Helper variety is even better with sausage.
Pizza
casseroles

Sausage and Waffles
Sausage, gravy and biscuits
Can you tell I like breakfast for dinner too?

how about burgers?
top on nacho's
meatloaf
make a meatball stew

Sausage gravy, breakfast casserole (yep, for supper), or dirty rice.
