Quick Ham loaf recipe.?!
Ham, Loaf
Set out 9x5" loaf pan.
Mix together lightly:
1-1/4 lbs. ground ham
1/2 lb. ground pork
2 cups (2 to 3 slices) soft bread crumbs
1 cup milk
1 egg, well beaten
and a mixture of
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. MSG, optional
1/2 tsp.pepper
Pack lightly into loaf pan; shape rounded top.
Spread with a mixture of:
1/4 cup brown sugar
3 Tbs. prepared mustard
Bake at 350 for 1 to 1-1/2 hours. Complete cool meat loaf in pan on
rack. Gently loosen edges of meat loaf with spatula and invert pan;
remove pan. Cool and refrigerate. For packed lunch, wrap cold slices
in waxed paper or plastic wrap or use in sandwiches.

PINEAPPLE HAM LOAF
Yield: 6 Servings
1 c Crushed pineapple; well
-drained OR finely chopped
-fresh pineapple
4 c Fully cooked ham; ground
2 c Soft bread crumbs
1/2 c Onion; chopped
2 tb Parsley; fresh, chopped OR
2 ts Dried parsley
1/4 ts Ground cloves
1/4 c Brown sugar
2 Eggs
1/3 c Pineapple juice
2 tb Cider vinegar

Sauce:
3 tb Cornstarch
2 tb Brown sugar
1/2 ts Ground ginger
2 c Pineapple juice
2 ts Lemon juice
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spread pineapple in bottom of lightly
greased or sprayed 9-inch loaf pan.
In large bowl, combine ham, bread crumbs, onion, parsley, cloves
and 1/4 cup brown sugar. In small bowl, whisk eggs, 1/3 cup
pineapple juice and cider vinegar. Stir egg mixtur into ham. Pack
mixture on top of pine- apple, pressing down tightly. Bake for 45
minutes.
To prepare sauce, combine cornstarch, 2 Tbls brown sugar and ginger
in a small bowl. Stir in 2 cups pineapple juice and lemon juice.
Slowly bring to boil over medium heat, stirring constantly, until
thickened and translucent. Let stand for 5 minutes. Slice ham loaf
and serve with sauce. . Ready in: 1-2 hrs

Glazed Ham Loaf serves/makes 6
Ingredients:
1 pound ground cooked ham
1/4 pound lean ground pork
1/3 cup milk
2 large eggs
1 slice bread, cubed
1/4 pound ground veal OR ground beef
3 tablespoons chili sauce
2 tablespoons packed brown sugar
Directions:
Use fork to beat together milk and eggs in large bowl. Stir in bread cubes. Let stand for 15 minutes.
Heat oven to 350 degrees F. Grease 8x4-inch loaf pan.
Add ground ham, ground pork and ground veal or beef to milk mixture. Stir until well mixed, using your hands to mix as necessary.
Pat meat mixture evenly into greased loaf pan. Bake 1 hour.
Stir together chili sauce and brown sugar in small bowl; spoon evenly over ham loaf. Bake until internal temperature is 160 degrees F., about 10 minutes more. Let stand for 10 minutes. Carefully slice and serve.

This is yummy served with baked sweet potatoes
1 1/2 pounds ground smoked ham
1 tablespoon prepared mustard
1/4 cup chopped onion
1 tablespoon chopped parsley
1/2 cup quick-cooking oats
3/4 cup evaporated milk or half-and-half
1 egg, beaten
1/4 cup light brown sugar, packed
1/4 cup vinegar
Combine ground ham, mustard, chopped onion, parsley, oats, milk, and egg; mix well to blend and form into a loaf in a greased 9x5-inch loaf pan. Combine brown sugar and vinegar in a saucepan; heat until sugar is dissolved. Pour mixture over ham loaf. Bake at 350° for 60 minutes.
Grind ham, measure 4 cups.
1 cup sweet pickle relish
1 cup mayonnaise
1 medium onion, minced
1 4-oz jar chopped pimentos,drained
Blend these and shape into loaf, fill hollowed out tomatos, or spread on sandwiches.
Church Supper Ham Loaf
INGREDIENTS
1 pound ground ham
1 pound lean pork sausage
2 cups soft bread crumbs
2 eggs, beaten
1 cup sour cream
1/3 cup chopped onion
2 tablespoons lemon juice
1 teaspoon curry powder
1 teaspoon dry mustard
1 teaspoon ground ginger
1/8 teaspoon nutmeg
1/8 teaspoon paprika
BASTING SAUCE:
1/2 cup packed brown sugar
1/4 cup water
1/4 cup cider vinegar
1/8 teaspoon black pepper
DIRECTIONS
In large mixing bowl, gently combine all ham loaf ingredients. Form into a loaf; place in shallow baking pan. Bake, uncovered, at 350 degrees F for 1 hour. Then, in small saucepan, combine all ingredients for basting sauce; bring to a boil. Immediately drain any drippings from ham loaf and pour basting sauce over it. Continue baking ham loaf, basting occasionally with pan juices, for 15-30 minutes or until lightly browned.
3 c. ground leftover ham, 2 eggs, 1 c. bread crumbs. Make like a meatloaf and bake til firm.
