Answers: How do some manufacturars make this you cant stop factor apply to some foods but not others

Some foods (junk food is one of these) are made up of simple carbohydrates. This means that when you eat them, it doesn't "fill you up", causing you to eat more of them than intended. Another is the fact that it is all in one large package with more than 1 serving in it. This means that if the back says that the bag has 50 calories, it likely has a lot more than that. So you may think "oh...50 calories isn't so bad." So you eat more thinking it's only 50 calories per bag.

ahhh some of us can't stop eating other things like fruit ....

pringles .. fantastic ...! pop you can't stop

Manufacturers spend a lot of time and money doing research to make sure that their foods scream "eat me" - the more you eat, the more they sell, the more they earn.

cause you know where it is going straight on your waist of bum! its hard to say no to the cravings

With Pringles... Once you pop you just can't stop!! =]

I thought I was the only one that heard them shouting from the kitchen =D

mmmmmmmmmmm pringles mmmmmmmmmmmmm jaffas mmmmmmmmmmm sweeties yum yum i'm away to the shop answer your question in a mo

oh and do you want anything lol

i know what you mean....... i eat more rice crispies squares than i dare to mention! unlike you i put weight on though........

Its like being shouted at by you mum you do as you are told.
Eat the lot.
Marshmallows, eat the lot in one go quickest time so far was 10mins for 1 bag they were screaming at me to eat them.
Like you can eat what I ike.

As the pringels advert used to say once you pop you can't stop. Have you tried cadburys snaps they are like chocolate pringels and come in different flavours very yummy.

They all have more air, sugar and carbs in them than actual good food value, but in a hurry they work as long as it isn't all the time. As a rice crispy square once stopped me from passing out as I was invited by the surgeons to view a cesarean section. I didn't have time to go find real food.

I have the same problem! Certain cakes have qualities that can immobilise you until you have scoffed the lot! Very clever I say. Vienese Whirls are evil -pure evil.
