more flour

Put a light sprinkling of flour in the bowl, your pastry board, and rolling pin. Then coat your hands with flour.

Put a little flour on your hands, keep flouring your hands until you're done working the dough.

Put flour on your work area and your hands.

don't make it?!?

you have to knead and knead and knead the dough for a good ten minuets until it is smooth are you making it from scratch maybe you do not have enough flour, when you roll it out lightly flour the surface you are rolling it out on use a rolling pin to roll it out it takes a fair bit of rolling

Add a pinch of flour and rub flour over the rolling pin.

When I worked at a pizza shop, we used cornmeal, but flour works too. It depends on personal preference.

In between mixing the dough, the rising time and before forming the pizza crust the dough should be allowed to rest for ten to twenty minutes. You usually need some additional flour to roll, toss or pat the dough out.

make sure you have plenty of flour on you finger s

flour

Olive oil

use veg., oil or evoo ( extra virgin olive oil) all over your hands ( kinda like hand lotion) that way you can handle the pizza dough better.. works for me everytime........
