What is a good way to make lemon pepper seasoning for chicken wings?!

Question: It's my favorite wing flavor in restaurants, but I'd like to make my own at home. The seasoning I bought at the store just doesn't cut it.Thanks!!

get Real Lemon it comes in packets at the grocery store it would be near the splenda and equal.

Take some fresh ground pepper and put it into a bowl
add a packet or two of Real Lemon seasoning (its powdered lemon) so use it sparingly

add some paprika to the bowl
and some salt, garlic & onion powder...if you like spicy add cayenne pepper or red pepper flakes

take the mix and stir it with a fork get a funnel and add it to a shaker for easier disbursement

takeaway

Add a little cayenne pepper to it , that ought to do the trick

Hey. Well..i know a little about cooking so here are the thing you'll need and the process steps. Things You’ll Need:
Groceries Baking Sheets Coffee Grinders Cutting Boards Wooden Spoons Zesters 1 fresh lemon 2 tsp. whole black peppercorns. Step 1: Remove the zest from the lemon carefully, using a zesting tool or a vegetable peeler. Remove only the yellow zest and none of the white pith. Step 2:
Mince the zest and place it in a small bowl. Step 3:Place the peppercorns on a cutting board and crack them by pressing on them with the clean bottom of a heavy pot, or whirl very briefly in a spice grinder - you want them in large pieces. Step 4: Add the cracked pepper to the zest. Step 5: Don't forget this key step: Use a wooden spoon or other sturdy tool to mash the cracked pepper and zest together. This helps release the citrus oils in the zest and combine them with the pepper. Step 6:
Spread the zest and pepper on a small baking sheet or piece of foil and place in the oven. If it's a gas oven, leave it in the oven overnight and the pilot light will dry the mixture out. If it's an electric oven, set it to 200 degrees F or so. Step 7: Pulverize the mixture the next day in a spice grinder or clean coffee grinder. You can also mince it by hand with a knife. Step 8: Realize that it's now ready to sprinkle on chicken, fish and other foods before cooking. Good luck ;)! Hope i helped :).

1 c Ground black pepper
1/3 c Dried lemon peel
3 tb Coriander seeds
1/4 c Dried minced onion
1/4 c Dried thyme leaves

Just add a little finely grated lemon rind to freshly ground pepper. Mix well.

Regular fine grind black pepper and powdered lemon blended half and half for a starter. Then you can do additions or deletions from there. I don't want as much salt in mine as is in the commercially prepared stuff.

You can also add some more peppers to the stuff you bought. I really like white pepper addition.

Just look at your spice and herb shelf and try some things. Eventually you will develop your own seasoning for chick wings!!

1/2 cup black pepper
3 T dried lemon zest
1-1/2 T coriander seeds
2 T dried minced onion
2 T dried thyme leaves
Combine all ingredients. Blend well.
