Spaghetti sauce vs Marinara sauce???!

Question: I asked my husband to pick up some marinara sauce, but he got spaghetti sauce. What's the difference? Is there a way I can turn spaghetti sauce into marinara sauce myself?

Dont be so hard on your husband! YOur lucky he didnt bring you alfredo sauce.
Are you kidding me? they are the same thing. What are you making anyway? Im sure that sauce will be just fine.

they are the EXACT same thing

Spaghetti sauce and marinara sauce are the same thing IF the spaghetti sauce does not contain meat. Otherwise, it is not the same. Spaghetti sauce is also of lower quality and usually made with tomato paste. Marinara is usually made with stewed tomatoes. You could add stewed tomatoes to the spaghetti sauce.

Don't worry they are virtually the same thing. Marinara as a rule does not contain meat - so if he bought sauce that is meat free its also a marinara - the only thing that is different is the name.

Marinara usually has red wine or burgandy in it.

Any sauce would look good on you doll.
You ready for that tongue bath yet?
;-))

Juz add some water to it!
