Looking for a delicious breakfast recipe for tomorrow...any ideas?!

Question: Want to surprise my fiance with breakfast in bed...

What should I make?

Dont eat red meat so ham n bacon are out...

I was thinking scrambeled eggs but I always make that

Any good frittata recipe, or something like that?

Thanks!

Easy fritata:
Peel enough potatoes for two
grate in processor or by hand
In fry pan heat 2 T. oil (what every you have is fine)
fry potatoes like a big pancake on both sides
Add enough eggs for two (whipped)
Add any topping you guys like (green pepper, onion, spinach, tomato, You get the idea)
Cook until egg is almost set, top with cheese (again what ever you like cheddar, Swiss mozzarella)
Finish cooking till cheese has melted

Make some scrambled eggs with some fresh veggies in it and top with some shredded cheese. Some fresh fruit and oj would also be yummy!

French toast with maple syrup.

Homemade waffles with fresh strawberries and whipped cream. Yum.

I like to make stuffed french toast too.
Here's a recipe similar to mine. http://allrecipes.com/Recipe/Raspberry-C...
I use strawberries marinated in about 1 tablespoon of Amaretto instead of the raspberry puree.
I also use more strawberries so it can be used as a sauce instead of syrup on the finished product.

Another recipe suggestion - quiche
Serve quiche along with fresh fruit and you've got a wonderful breakfast or brunch.

make apple scones, homemade strawberry jam, a fresh fruit salad and eggs

how about pancakes, their the best breakfast in the world. basic batter mix is 1/2 pint of milk, 1 egg, 4oz flour, makes about 4-6. you can top with anything: golden syrup, lemon and sugar, honey, apple slices and cinnamon, banna and choc drops, orange juice and sugar, ice cream, anything!

add grated apple to your pancake batter. it is so good,my mom used to make this for us.
