My husband always lives with the motto: When in doubt, throw it out!!!

Me, however, I would take the chance. They started out frozen so they were basically dethawing. If you cook them up to temperature then it should cook out any bacteria that might of started growing.

Of course.

I think you are good!! Unless your house was really really warm!!

I'd heave 'em.

With marinade they are fresh, well... if it's vinaigrette then it's OK! If not, chuck it!

Probably still good, but why take the chance? Is $2 worth of chicken worth 2 dozen shots and a couple weeks of agony with some nasty stomach bug? Take the few minutes and make a store run for some replacement chow :)

If they are still really cold, otherwise I wouldnt risk it, salmonella!

Toss them. It's not worth the risk. Even if they're partially frozen still, the portions that are not have been right in the temperature zone for optimal growth of harmful bacteria, and if there's sugar in your marinade for bacteria to feed on, it's even worse.

It's not worth the risk.

Throw them away.

still safe!

I would pitch them, myself. Don't ever, never put thawed chicken or meat of any kind back into the refrigerator for another day without cooking it first and letting it cool completely.

I'd throw 'em out for sure...
but of course, I come from a much warmer country....
but even then...9 hours is a long time.....

if its well marinaded , the marinnade will "cook it " so its safe , but remember to cook it real well......

I have left frozen chicken out to thraw before and I never got sick and apparently I am not dead.

1. Probably still save
2. Toss them anyway R
