fondue style your pots one with boiling water underneath your pot with the melting chocolate... keep the burner on low so the chocolate doesnt burn but remember to stir it...

melt it right before you use it,
or if it has to set for a while, putting it in a glass or enamel container on a stove top with the oven at about 400 will keep it melted.

try to keep it in the oven(set at 10-20 minutes)...when it was originaly preheated at a certain temperature.dont turn it off just keep it warm...

Heat it in a metal bowl over a pot of gently simmering water.
Keep an eye on the water level so the pot doesn't go dry.

Melt it and keep it melted in a double-boiler until you need it.

use two(2) cooking pots,

the first pot is for hot water, and the second is for the chocolate...

put the second pot inside the first pot so that the hot water melts the chocolate without causing it to burn.

try 2 keep it warm until used

I think the best way to keep choc melted is keep it in my mouth. Of course, I have to keep putting more in because it has a tendency to disappear.
Actually it burns very easily unless stirred constantly. The best way to avoid that is to use a double boiler.

double boiler just don't let your water boil so it splashes into the chocolate.

Keep in steady heat crock pot.

Melt it in a double boiler, OR in a heatproof glass bowl set over a pot of simmering water. Do not let water touch bowl. Turn off heat when choc is melted, but leave bowl over pot until you need it.

i'd just melt it right before you have to use it.

or put the chocolate in one pot, and fill a bigger pot with really hot water, put the smaller pot in the big pot and heat it up that way. nice way to keep it melted.
