use self raising flower insted.

NO YEAST PIZZA
1 cup. flour 1/3 c. milk 2 tbsp. oil 1 tsp. baking powder 1/2 tsp. salt Combine all ingredients. Gather in a ball. Knead 10 times. Let stand 15 minutes. Put dough on a greased cookie sheet. Cover with wax paper and roll. Remove paper. Top with favorite toppings. Try it with no sauce, bacon, broccoli, tomatoe, seasoned with a little garlic and topped with cheese. Bake 20-25 minutes at 425 degrees.

Keep the flowers in the garden.

Pizza dough without yeast becomes like a cracker style
crust. Many frozen pizzas have this same texture and flavor.
Of course, frozen food makers may use yeast for flavor (check the ingredient listing, not all yeasts are the same).

Make a plain scone mix ie:-
8oz SR Flour
1/4 teas. BP
2oz Margarine
pinch Salt
Milk to mix

Makes a very nice base, it cooks quicker than a yeast based one

Try the following

Pizza dough
1 tsp salt
2 tbsp olive oil
200g/7oz plain flour
150ml/5fl oz water

Place the salt, olive oil and flour in a large mixing bowl. Add the water gradually while mixing together to form a dough. Make sure not to add too much water and stop when the dough has bound together.
