EASY MUSHROOM CRESCENT SNACKS

3 c. (12 oz.) finely chopped fresh mushrooms or 8 oz. can chopped, drained
2 tbsp. butter
1/2 tsp. garlic salt
2 tbsp. finely chopped onion or 1/2 tsp. instant minced onion
1 tsp. lemon juice

1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese

Heat oven to 350 degrees. Brown mushrooms in butter. Stir in salt, onion, lemon juice and Worcestershire sauce; cook until liquid evaporates. Separate crescent dough into 2 rectangles. Place in ungreased 13 x 9 pan; press over bottom and 1/4 inch up sides to form crust. Spread cream cheese over dough. Top with mushroom mixture, then Parmesan cheese. Bake for 20 to 25 minutes or until golden brown. Cool 5 minutes; cut into desired shapes. Serve warm. Makes 2 dozen.

my favorite snack is just simple chips and pineapple and peach salsa

Banana Strawberry smoothie

Buy one of those one dollar Banana smoothie packets.
Follow the directions on the packet, except instead of adding water, add crannberry juice (or some other fruit juice you like)
Add the banana, and throw in two or three cut up strawberries.
Add the amount of ice it says on the packet.
Blend.
Enjoy.

It's actually pretty low-calorie and is pretty good for you.

good ol nachos, I put corn chips tops with cheese and left over taco meat into microwave, after cheese is melted I top with black olives, sour cream and sometimes mango salsa from costco. the salty and sweet combo is really good. I typically make this whenever i have taco leftovers, aside that I snack on fresh veggies which is boring but healthier

toast put the bread in the toaster push the lever down when the bread pops up it's toast then you butter it

Nachos and Mini Pizzas. =)

Nachos. Get a bowl and put corn chips in there. Top with salsa and cheese, just enough to cover the corn chips and place in the microwave for 40 secs or until cheese is melted. If you want a bigger serve, place in oven dish and cook under 180 degrees.

Mini Pizzas- You can use pita bread or english muffins cut in 1/2s instead of pizza bases. Then spread with either pasta sauce or pizza sauce, whichever you have in the house and then top with whatever cooked topping you want! Cook under grill on high heat, watching to make sure it doesnt burn because the cheese melts quickly.

Its as easy as that!

I buy Fiber One in boxes at the supermarket.

I have lots of favorite Snack recipes. One of my favorites is Hanky Panky. YUMMY!!!

It consists of ground beef and pork sausage being browned and Velveeta cheese mixed in until melted. The meat-cheese mixture is then spread on party rye bread slices and then baked or broiled until done.

Well lets see there are many.

Ants on a Log
-celery stick
-peanut butter of your choices
-raisens
Pretty simple spread the peanut butter on the celery and plop the raisen right on top.

Apple and Peanut Butter
-apple
-knife
-peanut butter
Cut the apple into slices and either spread the peanut butter onto the apple or do what i do and take the jar and scoop away lol.

Ohhhhh what else do i snack on. Any fresh fruit or maybe some pretzels and hummus. I love to snack!!

God Bless
kasey =)
