yes
INSTANT PANCAKES

2 eggs separated
3 cups buttermilk
8 tablespoons melted butter
2 cups dry cake mix
butter for greasing pan

Whisk together the egg whites and the buttermilk in a small bowl. In another bowl whisk the egg yolks with the melted butter

Combine the buttermilk mixture with the egg yolk mixture in a large mixing bowl and whisk together. Pour the liquid ingredients on top of the dry mix. Using a whisk, mix the batter just enough to bring together. Don't try and get the lumps out.

Lightly butter a hot griddle or pan, and grill away

I would, but just use milk instead of water, and add a few more eggs.

DOOOO It, those pancakes will be delicious

it might work but you need to thin down the batter

probably sounds like a good idea

I bet it would taste good

It's not in the same aisle , but you can buy pancake mix. Shocker isn't it !!!

Yes, but they will taste like a flat cake and not the pancake you are used to. It would be good, though.

I wouldn't just would not be the same.

Pancakes- easy. 3/4 cup plain flour, 1/4 cup SR flour, to this add an egg and mix till all egg is taken up into the flour. This will be very stiff.
Add some milk and mix till batter is fluid enough. You would probably need about 1 cup milk. Leave for 10 minutes then cook as usual. Much better than a pancake mix.

This does not seem to a dumb question, if you try, you will certainly get some form of pancake. Write the taste to me. Bye.

Yes....and I'll have choc.pancakes topped with strawberries......
