Why not have a tomato-y sauce with them? Cut them up and add to the sauce and have with pasta?

Make a marinade from honey, tomato ketchup, soy sauce and orange juice. Let them sit in this overnight or for a couple of hours. Then put the whole lot in a large fry pan, when the chicken is cooked, remove it and boil the rest of the marinade rapidly till it reduces into a thick sticky sauce. Pop the fillets back in to heat through and serve with baked pots and sweet corn. Deeeeeeelish.
