Do you have any cupcake icing alternatives?!

Question: I need some low fat icing alternatives for cupcakes. Any ideas?
Thanks!

Take 1/2 c. powdered sugar and slowly whisk any liquid in, starting with 1 TB. Adjust sugar/liquid until it's spreading or glazing consistency. You can use milk, juice, brandy, etc. This obviously has sugar, but no fat (unless you use whole milk)

butter creamed together with powdered sugar (hmmm it's very yummy!!!)

An icing made from low fat cream cheese, maybe?
Perhaps that would work...not sure whether it would need sugar etc. though.

You could swirl them in Cool whip, but only if you're serving very soon.
There are lots of kinds, even chocolate!

Just dust on a little powdered sugar. You could put a paper doily on top of the cupcake first and then sprinkle on powdered sugar. Carefully lift off the doily and you have a pretty pattern.

You can use either a simple cream cheese and add a flavouring or colour if you wish, or leave it plain and add a decor on it?
Or, head down to your local supermarket and you can buy packets of 'Dessert Topping', a simple powder. You just add milk and whisk - thick, creamy and suuuper yummy!

Hope this helps =]
