What is the best way to cook a steak with a broiler? Should I cook anything with it or not?!
Answers: My husband ate steak when he was growing up, that was all his mother made. I need a new way to make it so that way he'll eat it. Should I use anything with it or by itself?

Bottom round is best in Swiss steak, and as kabobs. Methods vary with the cut. The higher and further forward you go on the animal, the rarer and faster would be a rule of thumb.
