Cooking Pork Roast?!
Answers: I am cooking a 2 pound pork roast tonight with no bone. What temperture and for how long should I cook it at?
350F (gas mark 4) for approx. 25 min per lb + an additional 25 min. - which means cook a 2lb roast for 75 minutes or 1 hr 15 minutes. When done, remove from oven and allow the meat to rest a further 20 minutes to completely finish cooking and allows the juices to redistribute.
