I like this one honey. I also put three or four strips of bacon on top and pour some tomato sauce over it the last 10 minutes or so. ?

Stovetop Meatloaf

2 lb. lean ground beef
1 pkg. (6 oz.)Stovetop Stuffing Mix for Chicken
1 cup water
2 eggs, beaten
A few good dashes Worchestershire sauce
(I added a medium onion, chopped)

Preheat oven to 375°F. Mix all ingredients.

Shape meat mixture into a loaf and put it in a 13x9 pan. (I used my meatloaf pan. I prefer the grease dripping off it)

Bake 1 hour or until cooked through

actually onions are mandatory in meatloaf

You can try substituting celery for onions. I make a really simple meatloaf by combining ground beef, Worcestershire sauce, ketchup, dry bread crumbs and onions.

2 pounds ground beef
2 eggs
1 cup dry bread crumbs
1/3 cup Worcestershire sauce
1/4 cup ketchup
1/3 cup onions (or in your case, celery)

Bake one hour at 350 degrees.

i don't like onions either! but heres what i do. take your hamburger mix in eggs, bread crumbs and any spices that you want and mix it . then i roll it out on a piece of tinfoil to make a square and line it with cheese ( you can use slices of ham to if you want) then usine the foil, i roll it up into a "log", put it in the oven at 350 to 375 for about 45 minutes! its pretty good. (p.s the amount of eggs and bread crumbs depends on the amount of hamburger you are using. i usually use 2 eggs and about 2 pieces of bread, but you can judge what consistancy you want it.

1 lb ground beef
1 lb ground turkey
1 lb ground pork
2 eggs
1 green bell pepper
seasoned salt and pepper
1 pkg crumbled crackers

mix all well, form into loaf, cook on 350 degrees until done
pour b-b-q sauce on top cook for about 15 minutes more slice and eat

BEST MEATLOAF - just eliminate onion powder

BASIC MIX:

1 1/2 pounds ground beef
1 c. fresh Italian style bread crumbs
1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
3-4 cloves garlic, finely minced
1 large onion, finely chopped
1 large green bell pepper, chopped
1 egg
1 1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon onion powder
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1 8 oz can tomato sauce
1 cup ketchup
1/2 cup water or beef stock (can use bouillon)
3 tbsp. Balsamic vinegar
3 tbsp. brown sugar
2 tbsp. Dijon mustard
2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/4 c. Parmesan, grated (optional)

In a small bowl, combine tomato sauce, ketchup, Balsamic vinegar, brown sugar, Dijon mustard, Worcestershire sauce, and water/beef stock.
In a large bowl, combine beef, bread crumbs, onions, green bell pepper, parsley, chopped garlic, egg, seasonings, 3/4 cup of tomato mixture, and optionally, Parmesan cheese.

Form into loaf. Place into shallow 7 by 10 in. pan or bread loaf tin, lightly oiled. Pour remaining liquid over meat loaf to coat. Bake in a 350 degrees Fahrenheit oven for one hour and 15 minutes, basting occasionally with ketchup or your favorite barbecue sauce.

This is my husbands awesome recipe

Take a pound of ground chicken add a sleeve of ritz crackers, one egg,
add some buffalo sauce to it to get a nice wet mix, put in pan. Then on top add some more buffalo sauce... Bake and you have Buffalo Chicken Meatloaf...it is yummy serve with celery and blue cheese or ranch

try this filipino dish i eated lat summer and it was very yummy its called molo soup its a soup with carrots and meat balls

2 pounds ground beef
2 eggs
1 cup dry bread crumbs
1/3 cup Worcestershire sauce
1/4 cup ketchup
1/3 cup onions (or in your case, celery)

Bake one hour at 350 degrees

my recipe is very similar to these it just depends what i have and how i feel i like the green pepper idea but not too much as it can become overpowering
milk > i've used .. softens the meat ..
kethup> inside as well as on top before browning it
Mustard> a lil bit hurts nothin

i go from all breadcrumbs to crackers to a mixture to cold cereal/corn flakes or cheereos to again a mix of all of the above ..< remember it was a cazy mom with limited food budget feeding screaming brats who wanted a big meat ball..
have fun there is no right or wrong meat loaf

Use a can of cream of mushroom soup,
makes a good meatloaf. Easy too!
