Recipies for thick creamy cheesecake?!


Question: I'm looking to make a nice thick creamy cheesecake,if you have a recipe that was easy to make and came out great please tell me!

Follow the recipe on the Philadelphia cream cheese package! Yummy!!!!!

I must say you cook, bake, and all else a lot. I misplaced my invitation to your dinner?!?!?!?!?!?(LOL)

2 (8-ounce) packages cream cheese, softened
1 cup sugar
1 t vanilla
2 eggs,


1/2 cup sour cream
2 tablespoons granulated sugar
1 t vanilla
combine the first four ingredients and pour into a graham cracker crust....bake for 30-40 mins or until set at 350
remove from oven pour on topping....bake another 10 mins
chill for 2 hours before serving

Use cake, pie, any pan. If you don't have a 9inch spring-form pan. Can buy ready crust gram-cracker shells.
11/2 cup gram-cracker crumbs (boxed)
6 tab melted butter + 2 tab sugar
mix and pat down on pan. put aside heat oven 350
2lbs cream cheese
2 cup sugar
1/2 cup sour cream or better than cream-cheese (health food section makes it very creamy)
6 eggs large
2tab vanilla extract

Mix cream-cheese on medium speed till smooth
add sugar till fluffy add sour cream or soy cream-cheese
add eggs on low speed add vanilla on low.

Pour into pan and bake 1hr (if you can place another pan with water to make a steam but not necessary)
turn oven off and let sit for 1hr,
take out take a knife outside rim if using spring-pan.
cool in refrigerator for at least 4hrs or overnight (best)

HOMEMADE NEW YORK STYLE CREAMY
CHEESECAKE

1 3/4 c. graham cracker crumbs
1/3 c. butter (butter)
1 1/4 c. sugar
3 (8 oz.) pkgs. cream cheese, softened
2 tsp. vanilla
3 eggs
1 c. sour cream
1 (21 oz.) can cherry pie filling or strawberries

In bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs, butter (butter) and 1 1/4 cups sugar. Press on bottom and sides of 8 inch spring form pan; set aside in bowl with electric mixer at high speed, beat cream cheese, remaining sugar and vanilla until creamy. Beat in eggs, one at a time. blend in sour cream. Spread in pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 60 to 70 minutes or until center is set. Turn off oven, leaving door slightly ajar, leave cheesecake in oven 1 hour. Remove side of pan, top with cherry pie filling or strawberries. Slice and serve. Serves 8-12.

HERSHEY'S CREAMY CHOCOLATE CHEESECAKE

1 c. salted or unsalted finely crushed pretzels
1 tbsp. sugar
1/3 c. butter, melted
2 (8 oz. each) pkg. cream cheese, softened
1 c. sugar
1/3 c. Hershey's European Style Cocoa
2 eggs
1 c. dairy sour cream
2 tsp. vanilla extract

Heat oven to 350 degrees. Frost crust in medium bowl combine crushed pretzels and 1 tablespoon sugar; stir in butter. Press mixture on bottom of 9 inch spring form pan. Bake 8 minutes; cool slightly. IN large mixer bowl beat cream cheese until smooth and fluffy. Gradually beat in 1 cup sugar and cocoa. Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition. Stir in sour cream and vanilla; blend well. Pour into pan. Bake 35 minutes. Turn off oven; leave cheesecake in oven 20 minutes without opening door. Remove from oven. Cool completely; cover and refrigerate. Garnish as desired.

CREAMY CHOCOLATE CHEESECAKE SQUARES:

Double ingredients above for pretzel crust. Press mixture firmly on bottom of buttered 13 x 9 x 2 inch baking pan. Bake as directed. Prepare cheesecake using recipe above. Bake 35 minutes or until edges are set (edges may crack slightly). Remove from oven. Cool completely.

1 1/4 c. graham cracker crumbs
1/4 c. sugar
1/3 c. butter, melted
2 (8 oz.) pkgs. cream cheese, softened
1 (14 oz.) can Eagle Brand sweetened condensed milk (not evaporated)
3 eggs
1/4 c. ReaLemon lemon juice from concentrate
1 (8 oz.) container sour cream
1 (21 oz.) can cherry pie filling, chilled

Preheat oven to 300 degrees. Combine crumbs, sugar and butter; press on bottom of 9" springform pan.
In mixer bowl, beat in sweetened condensed milk until smooth. Add eggs and ReaLemon brand; mix well. Pour into prepared pan. Bake 50 to 55 minutes or until center is set; top with sour cream. Bake 5 minutes longer. Cool. Chill. Top with pie filling. Refrigerate leftovers.

Fancy enough for company; easy enough for every day. Better if made in the morning and chilled in the refrigerator until dinner. Preheat oven to 300 degrees. Combine melted butter, crumbs, and sugar. Press them around 9 or 10 inch pan. Beat cream cheese until fluffy. Beat in condensed milk, eggs, and salt until smooth. Stir in lemon juice. Pour into prepared pan. Bake for 50-55 minutes or until cake springs back when lightly touched. Cool and chill
