Recipe: Do you know of some East-Indian desserts using Cardamon?!

Question: a former co-worker made it before, but I can't get in contact with her.

Thanks in advance

I know some have Cardamon, but I have never used it.

Sheer Payra Fudge
Ingredients
2 c. sugar
2/3 c. milk
1/4 tsp. salt
2 Tbsp. light corn syrup
2 Tbsp. butter
1/2 tsp. cardamom
1/4 c. pistachio nuts, chopped
1/4 c. walnuts, chopped
Directions
In a saucepan, cook milk, sugar, corn syrup and salt over medium heat, stirring occasionally, until sugar dissolves. Cook to 240? on a candy thermometer. Remove from heat. Add butter. Cool mixture to 120? without stirring. Add cardamom, beating vigorously until candy is thick and no longer glossy. Quickly stir in nuts. Spread mixture into a buttered pan. Let stand until firm. Cut into squares.

I make the syrup for Gulab Jaman with whole cardamon, put some in my Indian Rice Pudding named Kehir, in the milk for a ice cream called Kulfi. There is a dish made with cream of wheat cooked with spices like cardamon, cinnimon and cloves and it is almost fudge like when done.

Bulfi is a milk fuge that has nuts, seame paste, spices and flavouring like rosewater in it, I have even used them when I stew my prunes for breakfast.
