Kielbasa can be eaten any which way and it's delicious. We even put it on the grill, however, my favoite way is by boiling it. Poke some holes with a fork in the casing and boil it. The fat comes out and you got yourself a great meal

Keilbasa is already per-cooked. It will stay pink. You can eat it right out of the fridge if you wanted to. Here is how my family likes it;

1.Heat it on the grill
2. Brown it in skillet with sliced onions and green peppers
3. Chop up into bite size pieces. Brown with chopped onion , chpped green pepper and sliced potatoes. Cook until vegetables are done.

I can't believe you spend over two hours cooking a Kielbasa. Have you tried a blow torch?

Your cooking Keilbasa... haha

It's precooked, just heat it. Cut in quarter size pieces, brown in a skillet, then add to red beans and rice or add it to homemade mac and cheese.

I slice it into even circular pieces and fry it in pan with a small amount of butter. Then I add it to over easy eggs and breakfast potatoes. MMMMM.

I usually just put mine in a pot of boiling water and add cabbage and it is delicious .

Kielbasa, as well as Linguica can be fried in a pan with a little bit of oil or butter until browned, and served with rice and/or vegetables and it's delicious. But, as others said, it's pre-cooked, so will remain pink. No need to cook it so long.

You can also put it in a soup with beef broth as the base (chop it into pieces and fry it up before putting in the broth). Add potatoes, corn and spinach, cabbage or kale. Serve with bread. Delicious!!!
