this is soo easy and tasty. Take 3-4 uncooked chicken breasts, and place them in the crockpot. Then add 2 cans cream of chicken soup (10 3/4 oz) poured right over the top. or you can use one of cream of chicken and one of cream of mushroom. Then turn your crock pot on low and let it cook 6-8 hours. I serve it over rice, with a vegetable like broccoli or green beans as a side. Everyone always loves it. I always shred the chicken breasts up before serving so it is like a chinky gravy, but you can serve them whole as well.

Terriakii (sp) chicken

Put whatever kind of chicken you like in the crockpot.
Add a bottle of terriakkii sauce.
Add a can of pineapple chunks
add a dash of nutmeg.

Turn on high for 4-5 hours.

It is so yummy! It give a nice sweet flavor that makes your tasetbuds dance.

White Chicken Chili

6 chicken thighs, skin and excess fat removed
1 cup chopped onion
2 cloves garlic, finely chopped
1 1/2 cups chicken broth
1 teaspoon ground cumin
1 teaspoon dried leaf oregano
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon Tabasco sauce
2 cans (about 15 ounces each) great northern beans, drained, rinsed
1 can (12 to 15 oz.) corn, drained
2 Tbsp. chopped fresh cilantro, optional

Mix onion, garlic, chicken broth, cumin, oregano, salt and Tabasco in 3 1/2 to 6-quart crockpot. Add chicken thighs. Cover and cook on LOW for 4 1/2 to 5 1/2 hours, or until chicken is tender.

Remove chicken; remove meat from bones and chop or shred chicken. Discard bones and return chicken to crockpot. Stir in beans, corn, and cilantro, if using. Cover and cook on low 30 minutes or until thoroughly heated.

Put 3-4 pieces of chicken in the crock pot. (I like boneless chicken breasts but you can use bone-in also, you just have to take all the bones out afterwards, of course.) Pour a bottle of barbecue sauce and about 1 cup of water in. Add veggies (I use potatoes, carrots and onions, but you can use whatever you like.) Turn on low for about 8-10 hours or on high for about 4-5 hours. Enjoy!!

i have a great recipe which you don't need many ingredients but it is very fattening as you will see by reading the recipe

Butter Chicken

in your crock pot put a stick of butter and a stick of margarine in the bottom put a layer of chicken breasts or tenderloins sprinkle generously with garlic powder salt and pepper, put a layer of sliced onions (make them a nice size no too small) then do another layer of butter and margarine (you don't need a whole stick of each this time, maybe half) another layer of chicken s&p and garlic and antoher layer of onion so on and so forth until you reach the top of the crock pot, make sure to end with some butter and margarin on top, let that cook on low for eight hours, or high for four hours, serve over pasta, it's delicious the chicken gets very tender and the onion are great but as you can see with all the butter it can't be too healty.

I only make this once every year or two but I and anyone who has ever had it loves it.
