What are some good recipes to use Cilantro in where the Cilantro doesn't tast too strong?!

Question: Make a fresh tomato salsa with diced tomato, red chilli, lime juice, diced red onion, salt and olive oil. Finish with a small amount of roughly chopped cilantro.
This will give an aromatic rather than overwhelming effect.
Nice with fish, grilled meats or even scrambled eggs.

Cilantro is strong, so just use a little. I like to cut off a little bunch about 1/2 the size of my thumb, and chop it up like mad and mix with my salad greens.

It's also tasty with chopped tomato, green onion, avacado mashed, little fresh pressed garlic and fresh lime juice; salt and pepper. Use it as a dip for nacho chips.

Try googling cilantro uses...

I LOVE cilantro, and use fresh cilantro instead of parsley in most dishes....

is so good if you use with "guacamole" "chili con carne"
all mexican salsas. "pico de gallo" (tomatoes, onions, jalape?o peppers, salt, lemon and cilantro).

Cilantro is good in salads and salsa and guacamole and Ceviche.MMmm
