Answers: i think that is what they are called, but you slice the banana up and than bake the slices in the oven. (i think!!!)

Actually, they are deep fried.

You dry them in a food dehydrator.... although, I suppose, you could bake them very slowly, for a very long time in the over (maybe at 200 for 10-12 hrs.). They'd have to be dipped in a solution to keep them from turning brown too. .... They aren't very expensive in the grocery store, and alot less trouble to just buy them....
ok this is a real good recipe and it tastes great!! ok so u take the sliced bananas and in order to make them into chips u actually fry them just put them in a frying pan (used for eggs mostly) and just leave them to fry on one side for 1 minute then flip onto the other side and leave for 30 seconds (less becuz some will have been done while doing the other side) then take them out for sweet chips put honey and either sugar or cinnamon with ity (after frying) for salty chips add peanut butter (thawed or microwave until easily spreadable) with salt on top or honey(microwave for 30 seconds) with salt on top feel free to add my favorite such as whip cream and ice cream etc...
