Who all loves southern boiled peanuts?!


Question: In the south they call them "bald paynuts" that would be the redneck folks..... they are really good. you have to have lived there to enjoy them. You either hate them or love them.

I am 20 years old and have lived in Ga for the last 15 years of my life and I have never heard of them called bald peanuts.

Oh Well! I love them!! Could eat then everyday! My bf from Arizona can't stand them, lol!

    hate them, i have lived in the south all my life and i prefer a roasted to boiled

    I don't get it. Roasted as so much better. You southerners and the "boiling" everything. You even ruin crabs that way-- steaming the only what to go like here in the Mid Atlantic. You all do it to vegetables too. Don't you guys get that boiling carries flavor away from food? Common sense.
