I want something LEMONY AND SWEET!! Got any recipes??!

Question: lemon squares are lemony and sweet and fairly easy to make...
sorry don't have any recipes in front of me, but if u give me a sec I can look one up...

1 c. flour
1/2 c. butter/margarine, softened
1/4 c. powdered sugar
1 c. sugar
2 tsp. lemon peel, grated
2 TBL. lemon juice
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/8 tsp. salt
2 eggs
powdered sugar

Heat oven to 350. Mix first three, press into ungreased square pan, building up 1/2 inch edges around all sides. Bake 20 minutes. Beat remaining ingredients except powered sugar about 3 minutes (light and fluffy). Pour over hot crust. Bake another 25 minutes or until no indentation remains when touched lightly in center; cool. Dust with powdered sugar. Cut into 1 1/2 inch squares.
*1/2 c. flaked coconut can be added to the egg mixture if desired.
Another one would be Lemon Meringue pie, but that is a little more difficult if not experienced at it.
