1 can (10 3/4 oz.) Campbell's? Condensed Cream of Mushroom Soup OR Campbell's? Condensed 98% Fat Free Cream of Mushroom Soup (you can use Cream of Chicken too)
1/2 cup milk - (you can sub half & half or fat-free half & half)
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1/4 tsp. ground black pepper
Directions:
COOK pasta according to pkg. directions. Add broccoli for last 4 min. of cooking time. Drain.
HEAT butter in skillet. Cook chicken until browned, stirring often.
ADD soup, milk, cheese, black pepper and linguine mixture and heat through. Serve with additional Parmesan cheese.
CHICKEN PARMESAN
4-6 chicken breasts
Italian dressing for marinating chicken
2 cups bread crumbs
1/2 cup Parmesan
garlic powder
salt and pepper
mozzarella cheese
spaghetti sauce
oil with 3 tbls. butter
Marinate chicken breasts for 1/2 hour in Italian dressing add Parmesan to bread crumbs and garlic powder, salt and pepper to taste. Dip marinated chicken into bread crumb mixture and add enough oil with butter in pan for frying until brown on both sides.
Preheat oven to 375F degree.
After browning, place chicken in shallow baking pan and pour any kind of spaghetti sauce of your liking over chicken. Add enough mozzarella cheese to cover and bake at 350 for 45 minutes.
If you have sauce left over cook linguini noodles, drain, add sauce, add 3/4 cup mozzarella and Parmesan for a side dish.
Enjoy!!!!

Sour Cream Chicken
Ingredients:
* 6 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
* 12 pcs bacon
* 2 cups sour cream
* 1/4 cup heavy cream
* 4 Tablespoons soy sauce
* 1/4 teaspoon ground ginger
* Salt and pepper to taste
* 3 Tablespoons butter
Preheat oven to 325°F.
Melt butter and distribute across the bottom and sides of a Corning or Pyrex casserole dish. Lightly fry bacon until partially done – not crisp. Wrap two pieces of pliable bacon around each chicken breast and arrange them in the baking dish.
In small bowl mix sour cream, cream, soy sauce, and ginger. Pour over chicken, salt and pepper top as you like, and bake in 325°F oven for two hours — the first hour foil or lid-covered and then uncover for the second half of the cooking time.
Serves 3. 4 net grams of carbohydrate per serving.
Muenster Chicken
Coat the boneless skinless breasts in seasoned bread crumbs and lightly brown them in a little oil (don't cook unitl they're done)
Place them in a baking dish and cover with mushrooms (if desired) and one slice of muenster cheese. Pour over a can of chicken broth and bake about twenty minutes.
This is really good with rice and a green veggie like broccoli, asparagus or even just a green salad.
chicken paprikash and I have the recipe and just email me if you would like it .
try caribbean chicken...it's betty crocker. there's chicken, beans, and it's easy 2 make!!!! not sure of the recipe but u can google it. Use kidney beans instead of the ones asked, and peaches instead of mango!! sounds unappetizing but it's SOOOOOOOOOO good!
If you have some rice then you could fry the chicken and possibly another meat if you have it then boil the rice and cut up some veg (tomatoes and fried mushrooms i use) then just bung it all together and youve got a risotto type thing. you can eat it hot or cold.
theres a load of other recipes for rissoto i just found on bbc if you want a look.

split open chicken and stuff slit with cheese and garlic wrap in tin foil with wee bit butter serve with new pots rice or pasta and salad easy quick not too much washing up and healthy
That's so sweet. Go to recipes.com and look up chicken parmesaan recipes or chicken francaise recipes. Have that with rice and a veggie and salad! Those recipes are breaded chicken- which means you dip the chicken in egg, then dip in dried bread crumbs and then you salt and pepper and put in the frying pan. The sauces you get get from recipes.com- lemon sauce or red sauces.
You could make chicken fahitas.
Cut the chicken into strips and cook in a frying pan. If you have any teriyaki sauce, you should add some.
Cut some onions into rings and some red or green bell peppers into strips. Cook in a pan with some margerine.
Serve with shredded lettace, shredded cheese, salsa and sour cream. You'll need the tortilla wraps too.
My partner likes it when I make him cherry glazed chicken breasts, smashed potatoes or rice and a veggie.
Cherry glazed chicken breasts:
1 can cherry pie filling
4-6 boneless chicken breasts
Heat oven to 350 degrees F. Place the chicken breasts in a glass baking pan that has been sprayed with a non-stick cooking spray like Pam. Spoon just enough of the cherry pie filling over the chicken to cover lightly. Place pan into oven and cook for 1 hour and 15 minutes spreading more of the pie filling over the chicken every 15 minutes.
This is very easy and you get a nice moist chicken breast. This also works well for Cornish game hens and pork chops.

Chicken Scallopini
Slice the chicken breasts in half (thin, like scallopini). Mix together 1 egg and about 1/2 cup milk. Coat the chicken with this, then dip into bread crumbs (use italian bread crumbs for more flavour, or add parmesan cheese to regular bread crumbs). Pour a little olive oil into a frying pan and cook the chicken (should be golden brown when done - about 5 minutes each side). Top each piece of chicken with a couple of tablespoons of prepared pasta sauce (homemade is best, but you can use the canned stuff in a pinch), then top with a slice of mozzarella or a sprinkle of parmesan cheese, place on a broiling pan, and stick it under the broiler until the cheese is melted. Serve with egg noodles tossed with butter and parmesan and a nice garden salad. Yum!
Chicken Wraps are delicious!

Easy SPICY CHICKEN
chicken breasts
1 (8 oz) bottle Russian or French salad dressing
1 package dry onion soup mix
1 small jar apricot or apricot/pineapple preserves
Arrange chicken (skin side up) in buttered shallow pan. Mix soups & preserves and pour over chicken. Bake at 350 for 1 hour.
Serve a GREEN SALAD ... make a package of rice mix (like Rice-a-Roni) ... garnish plate with sliced oranges
If you have a can of pie filling in the pantry (cherry, apple, peach), heat it up and put it over ice cream for dessert.....
put chicken in baking dish, frozen or thawed and put about 1 cup Italian dressing over them, let sit while oven preheats to 350F degrees. Cover with foil and bake for one hour. Serve with rice, pasta, or mashed or baked potato. The sauce is great for dipping or pouring over any of the sides. serve any veggie you like on the side. Have something sweet but simple for dessert, like cold fruit or a scoop of ice cream or something. Have fun! (My mom found this recipe somewhere and she hated cooking, it's simple and little prep time involved but VERY delicious!)
