- de core and grate the apples...put them in a skillet with a tablespoon of olive oil and cook till its golden brown. add some cloves and cinnamon, chopped red chilies, salt n pepper to taste and shredded tuna.....
cook on medium heat till the tuna starts to color....

my mom usually does this with salmon...but tuna'll work...
serve it with boiled rice and peanut butter sauce (mix peanut butter, powdered sugar and lemon juice....whisk continuously for zero lumps)

- for a simple salad, chop grapes, apples, bananas. mix cream cheese, lemon juice, salt n pepper, cumin powder, cayenne and toss it in the salald...

- cook the noodles in salted boiled water. cook the ground beef with cumin powder, chopped tomatoes, red chili powder, vinegar, a tad bit sugar and salt n pepper to taste...
top it with grated cheese....

- as for dessert, you have plenty of options...just combine chopped fruits with vanilla ice-cream...

- or make lemon curd with lemon, sugar and eggs in a microwave....

well in the time it took you to write down all of that stuff, you couldn't come up with anything?come on!

Combine ground beef, plain oats and ketchup, add favorite spices, place in loaf pan cover w/ foil and bake in preheated oven at 350 degrees for 1 hour.

Toast bagels and spread creme cheese, 1 slice of meatloaf and top with diced tomatoes, salt and pepper.

Slice apples and add a bit of sugar and cinammon. Mix a bit of flour and oats w/ cold butter until crumbly. Spread apples in a small baking dish and cover w/ crumb mixture. bake at 350 degrees for 30 or so minutes until bubbly and crispy golden brown.

Brownies

(from allrecipes.com sooo good)
1/2 cup butter
1 cup white sugar
2 eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/3 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
1/2 cup all-purpose flour
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon baking powder

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease and flour an 8 inch square pan.
In a large saucepan, melt 1/2 cup butter. Remove from heat, and stir in sugar, eggs, and 1 teaspoon vanilla. Beat in 1/3 cup cocoa, 1/2 cup flour, salt, and baking powder. Spread batter into prepared pan.
Bake in preheated oven for 25 to 30 minutes. Do not overcook.

Then add a scoop of vanilla ice cream on top... or you can marble in the cream cheese before you bake the brownies by softening it in the microwave for about 20 seconds then marble in with the brownie mix. Then shave some chocolate on top

Peanut butter balls

1 18-ounce jar peanut butter
2-2 1/2 cups powdered sugar
1 cup butter, melted
chocolate chips melted

Mix all ingredients together except for chocolate. Shape into 1-inch balls. Melt chocolate in microwave and dip balls in being sure to cover completely. Put on wax paper to harden.
