Yes, slow cook covered at 325' for a couple hours. Then put your bbq sauce on and cook 30 min @ 350' uncovered.

p.s. if you want the best ribs in the world add a T. of pickling seasonings to the ribs when you slow cook ... I get requests for my ribs all the time and the secret is the pickling seasonings...but don't tell anyone...it's my secret.

yes a low heat around 250

You may want to add some moisture for doing ribs in the oven. We've done baby back ribs in the oven from Alton Brown's "Who Loves Ya Baby-Back" recipe (linked below) which you may also find helpful for time, temperature and how to use the liquid and foil technique.

Hope this helps.

Yes, Use a small bottle of liquid smoke and pour over top and then fill the bottle full again with water. Then take brown sugar and put over the top. (this makes them tender)
the slower and longer they cook the better they will be.
example:250 for 4-6 hour at the least
or you can speed it up.
