I thawed pork chops yesterday. The earliest I can cook them is tomorrow.?!

Question: Would this be OK?

Is there a way I can cook them somehow today (I usually use a commercial coating - Sh & Bk), and reheat them tomorrow, and not have them be tough. They are usually tender when I cook them.

Or would it be better to throw them out, seeing it will be that they have been thawed 2 days.

Wow....you can still cook tomorrow provided they have been kept refrigerated this entire time.

If you have a crock pot throw them in that and cook and make a pork stew. I have a recipe that is killer let me know if you want it.

I think they will be just fine in 2 days.

Always put a little salt on meat and it will give it a extra day.

Should be OK. Just cook them tomorrow!

I agree that it is OK to cook them. Reheating them in the microwave can make them tough. Reheat them gently in a skillet. That will keep the coating crisp, too.
