Dixie Fry chicken coating?!

Question: I have never heard of Dixie Fry but it sounds delicious. Does anyone know the nutritional info on it? I'm wondering how many fat grams and calories it has? I would bake it since I don't eat fried foods. Also, does it taste good? Better than shake & bake?

I made it tonight!! It's the ONLY coating mix I'll use... it poufs up like actual fried chicken, and isn't crumbly like Shake & Bake .... I have a box right in front of me:

40 calories per piece - 0 calories from fat
trans fat & saturated fat = 0
cholesterol = 0
sodium = 370 mg
total carbs = 8 g
dietary fiber = 0
sugars = 0
protein = 1 g

You HAVE to try this one! You'll never use Shake & Bake again!!! (I just put the mix in a plastic bag; run the chicken under water, and toss it in the bag and shake.... I put it on a "sprayed" foil-lined pan and bake)

I wish I could know you people in real time. Where is the funny when you're running each other through with staplers? Honestly, does PowerPoint massacre really mean so much?
