We use ours all the time, it's great!

-Turkey burgers (ground turkey, bread crumbs [rice krispies a good sub], an egg, onion, and spices)
-Tofu marinated in soy sauce, my FAVORITE, comes out with the grill lines, even carnivores love it.
-Cajun Chicken
-Veggie skewers!!
-Portabello Mushrooms
-Whole bell peppers
-Sausages
-Buns

... I wonder... I bet you could put corn on it... I'm going to try! Cheers!

I have one of the large size GF grills and I have had it for about 8 yrs.I love it.It is not hard to clean as someone said. The trick to cleaning the grill is when you take the food off before you even unplug it take a couple of really wet paper towel and put on the grill, close the lid and the steam loosens all the cooked on stuff.By the time you are finished eating all you need to do is wipe it clean. Now to answer your question.I don't know how big your grill is but as I said I have the large size and with just my husband and I,I cook 2 pieces of meat and I slice potatoes, onions, bell pepper, yellow squash, zucinni and cook at the same time I cook the meat.I season the veggies ans sprinkle with olive oil.I like to cook boneless pork chops, chicken breast, blackened mahi mahi, ham slices, burgers, steaks, just about anything.I also works for grilled cheese or as a Penni press.
