Need ZING, Please Help ME:)?!


Question: Hi Everyone...just got in..and i'm starving..I have a taste for a cheese and mushroom omlette, but I'd like a little extra punch..ran outta bacon.....please advise on what I could add to the quick meal to give it zing..thanks in advance. Have a great morning.

You could try:
Ingredients2 eggs, beaten
2 tbsp milk
1 tbsp onion, chopped fine
2 button mushrooms, chopped fine
1 tsp. margarine
1/2 tomato, chopped fine
3 ounces cheddar cheese, sliced thin
1/4 tsp. black pepper

Directions
Melt margarine in small frying pan on medium heat.
Beat eggs and milk together in small bowl. Add the onion and mushrooms, whisk together and pour into frying pan.
Cook until done on one side; flip.
place the tomato and cheddar cheese on one half of egg mixture.
When bottom is cooked, flip egg over the tomato and cheddar.
Slide the whole thing onto your waiting plate.
Enjoy.

hot sauce
mustard
miracle whip
contadina pureed tomatoes
habanero peppers

do you have any fresh herbs laying around - throw them in....throw in a little miracle whip (I know sounds gross, but a spoonfull with your cheese, mmmmm!....a couple tomatoes? Any veggies really...how bout some deli ham, turkey, bologna?
