I cut mine on the large side and bake them until golden brown 350 - 400 degrees is good for about 20-40 minutes. I don't use any oil and its not needed. It does help to spray the pan so they don't stick. Don't forget to turn them over half way through. For best taste skip the oil and season to your own liking. My kids like plain ketchup, BBQ sauce, and Ranch.

I use olive oil ... Slice the potatoes like you would for French fries, and lay them in a single layer on a foil-lined baking sheet. (Spray or oil the foil) Sprinkle with salt & pepper (I like Creole seasoning).... Bake at 400-425 about 15-25 min, turning them over a few times.... You can actually use just plain vegetable oil too....

Baked oven at 400 on a tray put wedges of potato and put evo in them and onion and garlic, pepper and salt. 45 minutes or less.

Pre heat over to 400. Peel and slice potatoes. Spray cookie sheet with Pam. Place potatoes on cookie sheet and spray potatoes. Bake till golden brown -- about 15 minutes - turning once.

cutt up some potatoes;into thin slices; use vegetable oil;i fry mine; but that is more fattenin though;i love workin out; and im a 3; so it doesnt really matter to me;either way it taste good;lol;yummm = P

Pre-cook your potato in micro til still a little hard. Cut into wedges and coat them in a bowl with your oil. Sprinkle garlic pepper seasoning on them and spread them on a cookie sheet. Bake 400 for about 30-35 min.
