Question: Dessert 1: PB&Chocolate Eclair dessert- 1 3/4 cups cold milk, 1 pkg jell-o vanilla flavor instand pie filling,1/4 cup creamy peanut butter,1 tub cool whip whipped topping,thawed,24 honey maid honey grahams, 6 squares Baker's semi-sweet baking choc. 3 Tbsp.butter. Pour milk in large bowl.Add dry pudding mix.beat w/wire wisk 2 min. Add pb;mix well.gently stir in whipped topping.layer one-third of the grahams and half of the pudding mixture in 13x9 inch dish,breaking grahams as necessary to fit. Repeat layers. top w/remaining grahams. microwave choc. and butter in microwaveable bowl on HIGH 2 min.,stirring after 1 min. Stir until choc. and mixture completely melted and blended. Spread fast over grahams. Refridgerate at least 8 hrs. store in fridge. makes 24.

I've never had an eclair dessert made quite like that, so I'm voting that way.
