Any good pancake mix?!

Question: Aunt jemaima

Answers: Aunt jemaima

Aunt Jemima.

1 cup all-purpose flour
1 tablespoon baking powder
1 cup milk
3 egg yolks
3 egg whites

DIRECTIONS
In a medium bowl, combine flour and baking powder. Stir in milk and egg yolk until smooth.
In a large glass or metal mixing bowl, beat egg whites until stiff peaks form. Fold 1/3 of the whites into the batter, then quickly fold in remaining whites until no streaks remain.
Heat a lightly oiled griddle or frying pan over medium high heat. Pour or scoop the batter onto the griddle, using approximately 1/4 cup for each pancake. Cook until pancakes are golden brown on both sides; serve hot.

Its called Aunt Jemima's Pancake Mix
u get it from any grocery store
ITS SOOO GOOOD!!!

We just have Bisquick and I add corn muffin mix to it! Tastes amazing!!!! =)

Bisquick also does a great product that does biscuits and a myriad of other things as well

Bisquick, but you have to add a few extra things:
2 cups Original Bisquick? mix
1 cup milk
1 tablespoon sugar
2 tablespoons lemon juice
2 teaspoons baking powder
2 eggs

Yes lemon juice...it makes the milk buttermilk (I add them together and let it sit before adding to the mix, it will get really thick and goopy)

My favorite is Aunt Jemima, the mix where you have to add in the oil, eggs, and milk.

But it's easy to just make your own mix and I think it tastes even better. The only reason I stopped doing that is because my husband thinks it is a lot of work.

I like Kurtz pancake mix. It's not overrated like Aunt Jemima and because of the mix, I have accomplished perfect pancakes. They're so delicious, fluffy, and just down right good!

Go with Bisquick. I know, I know, it's not homemade. Little trick though: make the pancakes fluffy by adding a couple teaspoons of lemon juice and baking soda. The reaction between the two causes lots of bubbles in the batter making them not so dense and filling! If you're making waffles with the batter add a little sugar.

I buy either Bisquick or the no name stuff and i find they both taste the same.

2 cups flour
2 cups milk
1teaspoon vanilla extract

mix well, poor on hot pancake iron sprayed with cooking spray. turn heat down to medium and wait for the cake to bubble. after it bubbles flip and cook until it browns. serve hot with whipped cream and fresh strawberries. yummy
