Which would fill you up more?!

Question: I've got some packs of Philly cream cheese with garlic and herbs, some smoked ham and some diced cooked chicken breasts and sliced button mushrooms

Shall I put that lot over some cooked pasta OR inside some large jacket potatoes.

I just want to do a quick filling supper after 5-a side football. I can put the timer on the oven and have the spuds ready for when I get home or use quick-cook pasta ready in 8 mins, so time isn't a bother

I would like either thank you. What time shall i come over. Pasta would probably be easier to digest and the carbs would get to work in the body quicker after the 5 a side though. Enjoy! Both would fill you up though.

I'd say the jacket potato, they will have the skins too which wil make you feel fuller also :D

the chicken would fill u up the most, but with the potatoes on the side

Jacket potatoe if you are eating the skin - it will take forever to digest.

I think pasta would be the best choice after sports.

i find pasta is always filling, but so is jacket pots. the choice at the end of the day is yours.

I think pasta.........

Correct answer is Pasta, so long as it is wholemeal pasta - white pasta has practically zero nutritional value (as does white bread) and you won't taste any difference. Slightly longer to cook, full of fibre - enjoy!

Jacket potato - filling - and a lovely smell in the house when you get home!

potato, just sounds nicest!

Saute the chicken, ham and mushrooms together and add the cream cheese, cook on med-low.
Stuff into Potatoes, bake at 350 for 10 minutes.

Save the pasta for a rainy day, LOL

OR use half mixture for poatoes and half for pasta. That way you can have some for Now and some for Later as a snack.

Oh, that sounds so lovely!
I think the pasta would be best. Both choices are fine but with pasta you can always do a little exra so if anyone is ultra-starving they could have seconds?

Sounds good! I vote for pasta rather than potatoes..

Cut the potato into 4 big thick slices longways. Put them into teh oven fro only half the time of a whole one.
Mix the chicken breast into the cream cheese and have it with the potato! YUMMY

Hello sweetie :o) xxx That sounds really good to me - I should have it with pasta actually: it's nice and filling, quick to do and you will all be hungry after playing footie, so PASTA I think hon!! :o) xxxxx
