1 (12 ounce) container frozen whipped topping, thawed

DIRECTIONS
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). In a 7x11 inch baking dish, combine flour, melted butter and half of pecans. Spread mixture evenly and bake 25 minutes, or until golden brown. Let cool completely.
In medium bowl, cream together cream cheese and confectioners' sugar until smooth. Spread over cooled crust. Chill 30 minutes in refrigerator.
Spread lemon pie filling over chilled dessert. Spread whipped topping over lemon filling, and top with remaining pecans. Refrigerate until serving

In a bowl, combine the pineapple, pie filling and condensed milk. Fold in whipped topping. Spoon into bowls; garnish with lemon if desired.

In a large mixing bowl, beat the cake mix and eggs until well blended. Fold in pie filling. Spread into a greased 15-in. x 10-in. x 1-in. baking pan. Bake at 350 degrees F for 18-20 minutes or until a toothpick inserted near the center comes out clean. Cool on a wire rack.

I keep one in the fridge as a treat on my morning toast. When we were young my mom used to put the extra in a jar and we would have it on Saturday mornings with our toast.

Buy an angel food cake. Hollow out a "tunnel" around the top of the cake almost down to the bottom. Fill the cavity with lemon pie filling. Put pieces back on and push down. Cover the whole thing with whipped cream. This is good with chocolate pudding as well.

1 package Angel Food Cake Mix
21 ounces Lemon Pie Filling

Directions:
Combine cake mix and pie filling. Stir until well mixed. Pour in an ungreased jelly roll pan. Bake 20-25 minutes at 350F degrees. Sprinkle with powdered sugar.
