Peel and chop your carrots and onions, sautee the oniona few minutes in butter or oil, add hamburger and sautee for another minute or two, then add beef stock and water to cover, bring to a simmer and leave there until the potatoes are done..15 minutes or so if you dice them. Add peas when the potatoes are almost done (check them with a fork) or a few minutes earlier if using frozen peas. Spices you might put in: Bay leaf, garlic, cumin, cayenne pepper, salt, pepper, paprika, thyme. If you have some tomatoes, you could add them to your stew when you add the liquid.

Mac & Cheese with browned burger meat is yummee!

Put it in a pastry to make like a hamburgar pie / pasty

Lumpia

I like easy stuff, like sloppy joe's. Use a can of generic sloppy joe sauce..better than Manwich, and eat it on cornbread. It's really good.

If you like zucchini, it makes a great zucchini casserole with cheese and rice and onions.

Sounds like you're close to the makings for a meat pie! Also, you could make a ground beef casserole right now (any mushroom soup?). You could make a sauce with the beef stock, beef, and if you have some cream and whatever else you feel like flavoring with, to go over the noodles...

you could make gravy with that beef stock and have hamburger gravy over noodles or potatoes

foodnetwork.com will have some great suggestions!!!

Hamburger Helper Beef Stroganoff is the BOMB.

I love to make stuffed bellpeppers!

What I do is combine and mix meat and chopped onion together, maybe add a can of tomato sauce as well.
Cut off the top of the bell peppers and stuff the meat 'mixture' into the bell pepper. Let it cook in the oven until the meat is done and if you'd like add shredded cheese to the top of the stuffed peppers and let it cook for an extra five minutes.

It's really delicious and simple.

1 lb ground beef

Combine first 3 ingredients. Make into meatballs, 1 to 1 ? inch wide. Place in shallow casserole dish and bake in 350 F oven, for 20 minutes. Drain of grease. Bake for 10 more minutes. Drain again. Pour sauce over meatballs and bake for 15 minutes. Serve over rice. Makes 2-4 servings.

Moms Sweet & Sour Meatloaf

Sauce:
2 small cans tomato sauce
1/4 cup worchestershire sauce
1/2 onion chopped
1 tablespoon dried parsley
1/2 cup brown sugar

Mix all sauce ingredients together in bowl, set aside.

Ingredients (Meatloaf):
2 pounds ground beef
1/2 chopped onion
1 egg, beaten
1/2 cup or more if needed, quick oatmeal (not instant)
1 teaspoon garlic salt

In another bowl add ground beef, 1/2 chopped onion, egg, oatmeal, garlic salt, pepper, and 1/3 of the sauce mixture. Mix together well.

Place in pan, making space between meat and pan around edges with fingers. Flatten top, spread more sauce over top and cook 1 hour, at 350F. Drain off grease half way (30 min) and add more sauce. Reserve some sauce for adding when served. The oatmeal disappears, is healthy and you can't taste it. It just holds it together better. Add more if you need it.
