Help me cook/prepare something sweet.. please!!?!
1) I have limited ingredients

I've not tried this myself, but you might try this:
Eggless Chocolate Cake
* 560 g sifted all-purpose flour
* 600 g white sugar
* 85 g unsweetened cocoa powder
* 235 ml vegetable oil
* 710 ml water
* 15 g baking soda
* 3 g salt
* 45 ml vanilla extract
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C), grease and flour a 9x13 inch pan.
2. In a large bowl, sift together flour, cocoa powder, soda and salt. Add sugar and mix together.
3. Add oil, water and vanilla and mix thoroughly.
4. Pour into a 9x13 inch pan. Bake at 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) for 1 hour or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.
You can substitute butter for the oil. I would soften 2 sticks. If you don't have the baking soda, don't fret, it will just be pretty flat. Vanilla is going to add a nice flavor, but if you don't have it, add some of the brown sugar to deepen the flavor.
I assume you wanted metric due to the time difference, if you prefer US measurements, let me know.
Good luck.

Seven Layer Bars
What Can I Bring Cookbook, page 400
8 Tablespoons (1 stick) unsalted butter
1? cups graham cracker crumbs (12 whole crackers)
1? cups semisweet chocolate chips
1 cup butterscotch chips
1 cup chopped walnuts or pecans
1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk
1 cup sweetened flaked coconut
Prep: 10 minutes
Bake: 25 minutes
Cool: 40 minutes
Makes 30 bars
1. Place a rack in the center of the oven and preheat the oven to 350°F. Place the butter in a 13 by 9-inch glass or ceramic baking dish and place it in the preheating oven until the butter melts, about 10 minutes.
2. Remove the baking dish from the oven and swirl it to coat the bottom and sides with butter. Spread the graham cracker crumbs evenly over the bottom of the baking dish. First layer the chocolate chips, then the butterscotch chips, and then the nuts over the graham cracker crumbs. Pour the condensed milk over the nuts and top it with the coconut.
3. Bake the bars until the edges are golden brown, 25 to 28 minutes. Let the bars cool for about 40 minutes before cutting them. To get 30 bars, cut 6 on the long side and 5 on the short side of the baking dish. Transfer the bars to a plastic storage container lined with waxed paper until ready to use.
