Answers: Extra Virgin Olive oil or rapeseed.

canola oil

I would say Canola. .

canola oil!

I use corn oil .

I think canola oil is the most practical, because it's healthy, but it's not expensive. It costs about the same as vegetable oil.

For high temperature deep frying, canola oil is healthy and has a high smoke point..

For saute and pan browning, I usually use olive oil, but that's just my preference. Canola is good too. (Olive oil is not good for high temperature deep frying because it breaks down)

Frying food isn't really good, but I use olive oil and canola oil in my cooking. Canola oil is made from rapeseed and olive oil comes from olives. Canola is the healthiest, but I think it's a little bland in comparison with olive oil. Either way, try to remember that even though oils can have some important nutritional elements, they are pure fat, and using an excess of any can be bad.

I use peanut oil when I fry things in my deep fryer...
