Rub em in some E.V.V.O and chopped garlic, and rosemary and some fresh lemon juice...cover the pan with foil and bake @ 325 till they fall apart..then add your salt when they are done.

lightly rub w/ your fav seasonings + sear on the stove , then insert into oven , we don't know how many or the weight to give times , but 325 would be the temp . do not go for well done , lamb is delic when med to med rare . if you have some cognac give em a light flambe when near done

Lamb Chops from Heaven

Ingredients

* 4 lamb chops
* Seasoned salt
* Pepper
* Butter

Directions

1. Place lamb chops on foil with edges folded twice.
2. Sprinkle both sides with Seasoned salt, pepper.
3. Using a butter knife put a tab of real butter on each chop and smear it over entire chop.
4. Don't worry about using to much butter, the extra is poured over the lamb.
5. Place under broiler and cook about 7 minutes per side or until you see the edges getting a good color almost black
6. The whole top of chop will be bubbling. Just beautiful.
7. When the first side is done,turn chop, smear butter over mixing the salt and pepper on the lamb. Don't worry if the butter runs off, you want some extra when they are done.
8. Cook until the edges on side 2 are blackened
9. When done, place on plate. Make a "V" in one end of the foil. Very carefully, pick up the tin foil and pour some of the melted butter encrusted with seasoned salt over each chop.
10. When you cut a piece, drege it in the melt butter. Totally delicious.

Depending on how thick they are, the oven could dry them out. Pan sear first, then pop them in the oven for a few minutes or broil. Season with a good dry rub. A simple red wine brown sauce or garlic butter.

put the lamb chops in a pan but butter and all the seasoning that you want and bake them,their delicous. broccoli and cheese is also good with them hope you enjoy
