use liquid stock and just back down on whatever other liquid is called for.... any boullion cubes? You can use those (Crushed up).

Try boiling some chicken bones and meat in water and use this as a stock. Tastes great!

You could thicken the liquid stock with flour?

You could try using a powdered vegetable stock (if you have it), won't taste like chicken but will give it a bit of flavour, you could also try celery salt.

Veggie stock
Dry mix of Chicken Soup/Veggie/French Onion
Gravy mix
Lemon Salt
Dried herbs
Garlic

Use schmaltz. Schmaltz is a kosher product that is rendered chicken fat. It has a deep chicken flavor and is concentrated. You can find it in the kosher frozen section of many stores, But of course it is easier and cheaper to buy chicken bullion or base in the same store!

The other option would be to use Campbell's cream of chicken soup and add 1/8 - 1/4 c water to dilute to your liking for the sauce.

de-hydrated onion soup mix...maybe?

I was thinking the mix that comes with Ramen Noodles, it's almost the same thing.
