2 avocados
2 t lime juice
1/2 t salt
1/2 t pepper combine and add rest
half an onion
1 small tomato

Hass avacados, red onion, garlic, roma tomatoes, cilantro, cumin, cayenne pepper, lime juice, a little salt. Combine and enjoy.

chopped chilli to taste, or leave out if you prefer
1 decent sized avocado, mashed
1 good teaspoon yoghurt

mix all together, add lemon juice, a bit at a time, tasting as you go. season with salt and black pepper.
all quantities can be varied to your personal preference, and the avocado can be mashed smooth or left with more texture. sometimes i add some more diced avocado at the end for a bit of variation.

coriander is often used in guacamole but i hate it so i don't use it.

Guacamole:

12 drops hot sauce (recommended: Tabasco brand)
